Budget Overland 2013 Ford E-250
This vehicle build is the culmination of years of traveling in various vehicles, working in the overland industry, and planning for a vehicle that does everything we need it to. This van will be our go-to traveling rig for weeks-long trips to Baja, long summers of hopping between US trade shows, and maybe even an eventual Pan-American journey.
Before

The goal of this build is to build an all-around overlanding vehicle that is as comfortable on cross-country road trips as it is on a cross-continent expedition. The priorities of this build include comfort driving down the road, a spacious interior to hide out from extreme weather or crappy campsites, and using as much renewable energy as we can to produce power.
The Foundation: Floor and Insulation
A sturdy van floor with good insulation is not only important for keeping your feet warm in the winter, but it also helps to support furniture and to keep the inside cozy, whether warm or cool. In our blog posts and YouTube videos we highlight the major steps in removing the stock floor, insulating the floor, and covering it with flooring.
