DOWNLOAD Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) Checklist PDF BELOW
This is the first aid kit that I carry in my overland vehicle every day. I have assembled this kit over years of research and work in emergency medicine. Links to products are recommendations of products and brands that I have used. There are obviously some instances where there are more expensive or bigger name-brand options, your mileage may vary and you may see some benefit of spending more money.
